Ways to get involved

For young people
Youth Ambassador programme
Represent Ahadi in your community through storytelling, events, and peer engagement. Ambassadors run awareness activities at schools and community gatherings, share how to reach the helpline and the app, and help other young people know support exists. Expect a few hours a month, with training provided.
What you get: Training, a community of peers across Tanzania, and real experience in advocacy and communication.
For professionals
Skills-based volunteering
Contribute specific expertise: communications, design, software, research, monitoring and evaluation, clinical supervision, or training. Most engagements are short, scoped pieces of work rather than an open-ended commitment. Current needs change, so tell us what you bring and we will find the fit.
What you get: Meaningful pro-bono work with visible impact, alongside a team that will actually use what you build.
For young advisors
Youth Advisory Board
The Youth Advisory Board shapes the app, the services, the language, and the direction of the work. Members review services before they launch, test tools and give feedback that changes them, and bring their community's experience into core decisions. Open to young people aged 15–25.
What you get: A real seat at the table: your perspective shapes core decisions, not just feedback forms.
